flytz Early access

For travelers and the people waiting on them

Plans change.You’re ready.

Flytz follows your flight and tells the people around your trip what to do next. Your ride knows when to leave. Your family knows you’ve landed. Whole group flying in from different places? Everyone gets their own next step.

Example trip, shown as a short looping animation: Maya flies from Dallas to San Francisco on AA 2387. Her iPhone’s Live Activity changes from on time to 17 minutes late, arriving 9:32 PM Pacific. Alex, who is picking her up, is told to leave at 9:25 instead of 9:15, and Ben moves dinner to 10:15. Her parents hear she’s on her way, then that she’s landed and Alex has her. Maya is told her bags are at claim D2. It also works for groups: Priya is told to meet Jordan at Terminal B in Boston.

One traveler, the people around the trip

Maya flies home.
Her ride knows when to leave.

Maya is flying from Dallas to San Francisco. Alex is picking her up, and her parents want to know she got in. When her flight leaves late, Flytz gives Alex a new time to leave and tells her parents when the flight arrives. Everyone hears the news as it happens, straight from Flytz.

A group flying in from different places

Sam’s flight slips.
Everyone knows what’s next.

Three teammates are flying into Boston for a Monday offsite. When Sam’s flight runs late, Flytz drafts a new meetup and ride plan. Once the organizer approves it, each person gets their part right away.

Why Flytz

Flight apps tell you what changed.
Flytz tells you what to do about it.

When a flight changes, someone usually ends up refreshing a flight app and texting everyone what it means for them. Flytz does that part for you.

Every flight, one view

Every flight on the trip, tracked live in one place: delays, gate and terminal changes, landing and baggage claim.

A plan that keeps up

When a flight runs late, Flytz works out when the driver should leave. For a group, it also works out who meets where and who shares a ride, and the organizer approves the change.

One next step for each person

Travelers, drivers, organizers and the people following along each get the one step that’s theirs.

How it works

Set it up once.
Flytz keeps watch.

  1. Add the tripThe organizer, whoever sets up the trip, adds the flights, who’s driving and where everyone is headed.
  2. Invite your peopleTravelers, drivers, family and friends can follow by email. Only the organizer needs the app.
  3. Get the next stepWhen a flight changes, each person hears the flight update and what it means for them. If a group’s plan needs to change, the organizer approves it first.
